Golf, horse riding, shooting and fishing all available close by (Tweed and Teviot within 15 minutes).
Sailing. Lovely gardens to visit, Great cycling area, good walking, close to Southern Upland Way, beach walks 35 minutes away, Birdwatching, Award winning restaurants in Kelso and Duns (each 8 miles).
Cottage also good for sitting in for a week doing nothing!
