CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be written, preferably by email.
We strongly advice all our guests to take out a travel insurance which will cover you in the event of cancellation. We also recommend that the policy covers you for personal liability claims in the event that accidental damage is caused during your stay.
Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification of the cancellation will be given as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
If your booking is affected by Covid-19 Government restrictions on travel, then we offer the following options:
1. Re-book the same property for a future set of dates until the end of 2022.
2. Receive a credit for the full value of the booking to be used for the future stay and is also transferrable to another property
3. Cancel your booking and you will receive a full refund.
If you cannot travel due to reasons that are not affected by Covid-19 Government restrictions then we offer the following options:

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel, we will endeavour to obtain a replacement booking. If a replacement booking is obtained, we will refund all monies paid by you for the rental, less any difference between the total price.
